What a feeling! After 8 days of hard work it's finally done. Suleiman Kangangi fnishes 3rd on final stage and Niko Holler brings the yellow jersey home - what a day!

Eight days of a lot of ups but also days of suffering and fighting are behind the guys from BIKE AID now. And how can it end up better than bringing home the yellow jersey and winning the GC of Tour du Cameroun.

"It has been demanding in so many ways, as after couple of days the heat gets worse and worse and our bodies reacted on that. Yesterday, I felt very tired for the first time and was so happy having my team mates around me to counter all the attacks and keeping me in yellow. Withouth them, I would have lost it yesterday, for sure!" Nikodemus Holler said after the race, tired but the same way happy.

When the bunch entered the capital of Cameroon today and crossed the finish line, the Kenyan rider of the team Suleiman Kangangi secured another place on the podium finishing 3rd. "It was a crazy week. I've been wearing the climbers jersey so long and just lost it yesterday. But well, we are one team and we achieved a lot here, so it's just great", Kangangi said.

In the GC the riders from the German team ranking 1st, 6th and 8th after the finish. Furthermore the guys could win the Team's classification and finish the stages in total with 3 victories, one time 2nd, one time 3rd one time 7th and two times 9th as best stage results. What a week!

We now wish you all a good way back home and see you back in action soon!
